Sid Eudy, the professional wrestler known as ‘Sid Vicious,’ dies at 63
Sid Eudy, the skilled wrestler generally known as “Sid Vicious,” “Sid Justice” and “Sycho Sid,” has died. He was 63.
Eudy’s son, Gunnar, mentioned Monday on Fb that his father died after battling most cancers for a number of years.
“He was a person of energy, kindness, and love, and his presence might be tremendously missed,” he mentioned.
The star energy of the 6-foot-9 Eudy started to develop after signing to the World Championship Wrestling league in 1989, during which he was a part of the tag group, The Skyscrapers, and the secure, the 4 Horsemen. He debuted within the World Wrestling Leisure league below the title Sid Justice in 1991. He went on to win two championships in each leagues.
“Sid was one of the crucial imposing and terrifying opponents of his era with a pure charisma that instantly related with the WWE Universe,” the World Wrestling Leisure mentioned in an announcement.
“WWE extends its condolences to Eudy’s household, associates and followers,” the league added.
Gunnar Eudy mentioned particulars about his father’s memorial are forthcoming.
