NAACP Condemns Jury Verdict in Trial of Daniel Penny

WASHINGTON – Immediately, on the fifth day of deliberations, a jury acquitted Daniel Penny, a white man who killed Jordan Neely, a 30-year previous Black man that was experiencing a psychological well being disaster on the New York Metropolis subway earlier than Penny positioned him in a chokehold, resulting in his tragic loss of life.
