Jon Bon Jovi praised for persuading woman to come off bridge ledge in Nashville
The American singer-songwriter, 62, and his crew had been on the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, by the Cumberland River, once they noticed the girl who officers mentioned was in a “distressed” state.
The Metro Nashville Police Division (MNDP) wrote on X that the incident occurred on Tuesday night time, whereas sharing an YouTube video that has since been taken down for “violating” the web site’s pointers.
The unique clip confirmed Bon Jovi, together with a member of his crew, strolling in the direction of the girl in blue slowly after which partaking her in dialog.
They then assist the ladies to recover from the railings, and proceed speaking to her.
Bon Jovi then hugs her, and walks with the girl in the direction of his crew.
In a press release, MNDP chief mentioned John Drake mentioned: “It takes all of us to assist preserve one another protected.”
It was reported that Bon Jovi was within the space filming a music video, and his crew had been seen with digicam gear within the video posted by police.
