Johnny Wactor, American actor, shot dead during Los Angeles theft

American actor Johnny Wactor has been shot lifeless in Los Angeles by a thief who was making an attempt to steal an element from his automobile.

The 37-year-old suffered deadly accidents after interrupting three males who had been trying to take away the catalytic converter from his parked automobile.

Wactor – who beforehand featured within the US cleaning soap opera Basic Hospital – was pronounced lifeless early on Saturday.

His agent David Shaul informed Selection he was an “excellent human being”.

He continued: “He would actually provide the shirt off his again.

“After over a decade collectively, he’ll depart a gap in our hearts perpetually.”

Wactor’s mom Scarlett informed NBC4 her son was returning to his automobile after work and found a person tampering with it.

Believing it was being towed and never suspecting hazard, he approached the person to ask what was occurring, then was instantly shot, she mentioned.

She informed the outlet the suspect fled with two different males, and described her son’s killing as “mindless”.

Catalytic converters are helpful targets for thieves as they comprise treasured metals which could be offered.

The incident occurred on the nook of West Pico Boulevard and South Hope Avenue in downtown LA. No arrests have been made.

A tribute shared by producers at Basic Hospital mentioned South Carolina-born Wactor was “actually considered one of a form and a pleasure to work with each day”.
