Dave Grohl announces birth of daughter born ‘outside of my marriage’

The Foo Fighters frontman, 55, stated he plans to be a “loving and supportive mother or father” to his new daughter in an Instagram publish on Tuesday.

Grohl, who shares three daughters along with his spouse Jordyn Blum, stated he loves his household and is doing “every thing I can to regain their belief and earn their forgiveness”.

“I’ve not too long ago grow to be the daddy of a brand new child daughter, born exterior of my marriage”, he wrote within the publish.

“I plan to be a loving and supportive mother or father to her.

“I really like my spouse and my youngsters, and I’m doing every thing I can to regain their belief and earn their forgiveness.”

He added: “We’re grateful in your consideration towards all the youngsters concerned, as we transfer ahead collectively. Dave.”

Grohl has been married to director Blum since 2003 and collectively they share daughters Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.

He was beforehand married to photographer Jennifer Youngblood from 1994 till 1997, and reportedly has acknowledged that infidelity helped result in their divorce.

The rocker performed drums within the pioneering grunge band Nirvana from 1990 till 1994 when lead singer Kurt Cobain died aged 27.

He went on to kind Foo Fighters and has scored a variety of chart-topping albums together with their most up-to-date effort, 2023’s However Right here We Are.
