Brian May: Queen guitarist suffers minor stroke but says he’s OK
He praised medical doctors at Frimley Hospital in Surrey, “the place I went, blue lights flashing, the lot – very thrilling”.
“So, the excellent news is I’m OK. I am simply doing what I’m advised, which is mainly nothing.”
He stated he had been “grounded”, including: “I’m not allowed to exit – nicely, I’m not allowed to drive, not allowed to get on a aircraft, not allowed to lift the guts fee too excessive.”
Sir Brian filmed the video open air, and as a aircraft could possibly be heard overhead, he joked: “I am not allowed to have planes flying over, which is able to stress me. However I’m good.”
The star added that he did not say something publicly on the time the minor stroke occurred as a result of “I actually don’t need sympathy”.
“Please do not do this as a result of it’ll litter up my inbox and I hate that,” he added.
