In Tulsa, the Household Regulation Group’s creepy and kooky, mysterious and spooky Addams Household (Regulation) theme took first place, adopted by Monster’s Inc., and Frozen.  Lanette Dietz and her pup Rigby (Dracula and The Vampire Canine) gained first place for Greatest Costume, Brooke Flescher (Wednesday Addams) was awarded second prize, and Anna DeShazo and Kendra Mark took third (Monster, Inc.’s Mike and Sully).
