Brotherhood Of Man’s Martin Lee dies aged 77

Martin Lee, member of 1976 Eurovision-winning group Brotherhood Of Man, has died aged 77.

The UK outfit gained the competitors with their observe ‘Save Your Kisses For Me.’ The tune went on to prime the charts within the UK and over 30 nations, promoting six million models.

“It’s with nice disappointment that we announce the passing of our nice buddy and colleague Brotherhood Of Man’s Martin Lee, who slipped peacefully away on the night of Sunday, September 29, 2024, from coronary heart failure after a brief sickness,” stated the band in a press release.

Lee joined the group to be their lead vocalist and guitarist in 1972, becoming a member of Lee Sheriden in addition to Sandra and Nicky Stevens on the behest of supervisor Tony Hiller, after the preliminary line-up had cut up up.

“He might be sadly missed by his fellow band members Nicky Stevens, Lee Sheriden and particularly Sandra Stevens to whom he had been married for 45 completely satisfied years,” the band added.

“Over the previous 50 years the 4 of us have toured the world collectively in concord and have so many completely satisfied recollections, however now we’re in whole shock and can’t think about a world with out Martin Lee RIP.”
