Governor Newsom proclaims State of Emergency in the City of Rancho Palos Verdes
SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom as we speak proclaimed a state of emergency within the Metropolis of Rancho Palos Verdes to guard public security amid ongoing land motion that has resulted in disrupted utility companies and evacuation warnings for impacted residents.
